We thought it best to update you on the refurbishment and closure plans from Summer 2011 onwards as per the information and updates we currently have with us.Riverina Hotel, Club Palm Garden and Tropical Villas Beruwela
These three (03) Resorts are to be amalgamated as one complex with comprehensive redesign and upgrade to interior, etc. to a truly international 4 star level incorporating the brand standards of a reputed international hotel operator/chain.
The proposed new complex will include a state of the art convention center, banquet facilities for a capacity of 1,000 persons, extensive sports and recreation facilities, a diverse range of accommodation, full equipped spa, entertainment complex and more.
With the extent of work involved for this new complex, is unlikely that the Resorts will be available for Winter 2012/13 as we had initially planned.
